Pork Roast and Harvest Vegetables

Here is another yummy looking looking recipe that is easy to throw into the crockpot before heading to work. This is such an easy recipe. If you want, subsitute the veggies for what is in season in your area, or pull some squash out of the freezer and add.

30 minutes of prep time, and 4-5 hrs on high or 10-12 hrs on low and you have a great looking dinner all ready when you get home. Just click the pic below for complete list of ingredients and the full recipe!

Banana Bread in a Jar

Boy these look yummy – they would also make great gifts!

Banana Bread In-A-Jar. If you put a canning lid on them when they first come out of the oven, they seal, and they will stay good for about two months.

I hope you all have a great day!

Fruit Ice Cubes

I am going to have to try this, although I may have to put some of the fruit in my water bottles and then fill half full and freeze. I am wondering how much flavor you get out of this amount of fruit in your water? I really love the idea of mint – I just may have to get a plant when I go to town today to try this.

These look so refreshing considering how hot it has been recently in Colorado. Please share your favorite fruit recipes. I would love to try some new ones.

Free Meal Planner

With everything going on in your life these days, have you tried a meal planner. Below is the link to the free meal planner I found at AllRecipes, and thought I would share with all of you. It includes a meal planner, grocery list, or ready to go menus. I would love to hear about your experience with meal planners.

Hope you have a great week!
